Futurewise Educational Services Private Limited

Futurewise is over at 191-B in New Colony, Gurgaon. New Colony is one of those older parts of the city, so the streets are a bit narrower and it feels more lived-in than the newer sectors. The building is a simple house-like structure. We’ve taken over 191-B and filled it with desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of extension cords. There’s a small gate at the front that we keep shut so the neighborhood dogs don't wander in. The walls are painted a light cream color, but they’ve seen better days. We have a small veranda where we keep our shoes before going inside. It’s quite a busy area, with people walking by all the time and vendors selling things on the street. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with different rooms being used for different things. We don't have any central air, just individual units that we turn on when it gets unbearable. The 122001 area is pretty central, so it’s easy to get to most places from here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. There's an old tree right outside the window that blocks some of the sun. We like the character of the place, even if the plumbing is a bit temperamental. It’s just a normal spot in an old Gurgaon neighborhood where we do our thing. We stay busy with the daily routine and keep things moving.
