We are based in Gurgaon, but we’re listed under Era Infra Engineering Ltd. New Delhi. The actual office is in Rail Vihar, Sector-15 (Part-2). It’s Flat No. F-508. Since it’s a flat, it doesn't feel like those big glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. It feels more like a home office where we actually get work done instead of just sitting in meetings. Being in Sector-15 is quite convenient because we’re close to the main roads but tucked away enough that it’s not too crazy. We handle a lot of the NCR projects from this location. There are usually stacks of documents related to Delhi and Haryana sites sitting around the living area. It’s a bit informal, which we like. You might find us drinking chai while going over site reports. The Rail Vihar area is pretty quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the technical side of the engineering plans. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just F-508. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. It’s a practical way to run things in a busy place like the NCR. We just focus on the engineering and keep the overheads low. It’s honest work and we do it from a regular place. We just take things one day at a time here.
