Egon Zehnder International

Our office is over at DLF Silokhera in Sector 30, Gurgaon. It is inside the IBM India Private Limited building. Jitu Raj Bora is one of the names you might hear around here. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and this area near Sector 30 is no different. We are right in the middle of all that activity under the Egon Zehnder International name. It is a big building, and we have our spot inside where the work happens. It is a lot of desks and a lot of people on phones and computers. Even though the name sounds big, inside it is just us trying to keep up with the daily schedule. We do not have time for a lot of flowery language. The traffic around Silokhera can be a real pain in the morning, but once we are in the office, it is just the usual routine. It is a Haryana address, but it feels like a global hub because of the companies around us. We just focus on what we need to do each day. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. It is just a professional space where we get things done. We have been here a while now and we know the building inside and out. It is a practical place to be if you are doing this kind of work in the NCR region. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand.
