Dlf Laing O'Rourke I Ltd is located on the second floor at 1137 A in Maruti Vihar. Being in Gurgaon means we’re in a fast-paced environment, but our office feels a bit more grounded than the rest of the city. It’s a simple setup on the second floor of the building. We don't have an elevator, so we get plenty of exercise walking up and down those stairs. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of project maps pinned to the walls. We don't really do much in the way of decorating because we are too busy. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We spend our time coordinating with teams on different sites and making sure the supplies are ordered correctly. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking long lists. We’ve been in Maruti Vihar for a good bit now. The neighbors are mostly other small offices and residents. We try not to make too much noise or cause any trouble. The team here has been together for a while, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get in, do the work, and head home to our families. There’s no corporate talk about visions or missions here. We just have projects to finish and bills to pay. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when things are busy, but we always figure it out.
