Dlf Laing O'Rourke (I) Ltd. has its setup over at 182/12 in Jyoti Park. Gurgaon is always changing, but our corner in Haryana stays mostly the same. We have been here for a decent stretch of time now. The office is right in the middle of things, which makes it easy for us to get around. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is here. Moving forward is the only option. No money is spent on decorating because the focus stays on the actual construction and logistics. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. With a small crew, knowing each other's habits comes naturally. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but somehow we make it work. Most days are just about hitting the deadlines and making sure the supplies are where they should be. That's our life at 182/12.
