Dev Samaj Vidya Niketan Sr Rec School

We are located in Laxman Vihar Extn, specifically at 1232 on Dhanwapur Road. It’s Gali No 5, and we’re quite close to the CCA school, so most people in Gurgaon know the general area. Dev Samaj Vidya Niketan has been part of this community for years. The school building isn't the biggest, but it’s got enough room for the kids. We have a small yard where they play during the breaks. Sometimes it gets quite loud with all the shouting and running, but that’s just part of having a school. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to keep cleaning the floors. It’s a simple place. We don't have those big fancy buses or high-tech labs you see in the expensive parts of town. We just focus on the classes and making sure the students turn up on time. The teachers here have been with us for a long time. We know the parents and the grandparents too. It’s a neighborhood school through and through. The gate is always open in the morning and we lock it up once the last bell rings. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. What you see is what you get. We’re just trying to do a decent job for the kids around Laxman Vihar. It’s hard work but it feels right. We hope the students learn enough to make their own way later on.
