We are located at Plot No. 14 in Pace City I, which is part of Sector 37. If you’ve ever tried to find a specific plot in Sector 37, you know it can be a bit of a challenge with all the turns and similar-looking gates. Designwise India is right in the middle of all that industrial action. It’s a place where things are actually being made, so you hear the sounds of tools and machines all day long. The area is always full of trucks loading and unloading materials. Our building is functional and straightforward; we don't waste space on things we don't need. Inside, the team is usually focused on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a lot of hands-on work and figuring out how to make things fit together properly. We don't have a lot of meetings about corporate strategy, we just sit down and try to solve the problems in front of us. The air in Pace City can be a bit heavy with the smell of manufacturing, but that’s just the atmosphere of the place. We have a small area where we take our breaks and maybe share a joke or two to lighten the mood. It’s a busy life, and the weeks seem to fly by pretty fast. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our shipments on schedule. It’s just how we operate.
