We operate out of Flat 1401 in the San Marino Apartment complex. It’s up on the fourteenth floor, so the view of Sector 45 is actually pretty good when the weather is clear. It’s a bit different working from an apartment block rather than a big commercial building, but it works for us. It feels a bit more quiet and private than a typical office park. We usually have the computers running all day long. Most of our work is about coordinating stuff and making sure the files are in order for Bechtel India. It’s not a huge space by any means, but we have just enough room for the desks and some big filing cabinets. The lift can be a bit slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work or kids are going to school. We’ve gotten used to the wait. Usually, it's just a few of us here. We don't get many random people walking in because it's a residential building mostly. That suits us fine because it helps us focus on what we need to get done without too many interruptions. We usually order in some lunch or bring stuff from home to eat together. Sometimes we step out for a bit of fresh air near the apartment gate in the evening. It’s a pretty standard life here in Gurgaon. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the work.
