We are located at 1559, on the ground floor of Maruti Vihar, right near the Chakkarpur Market in Gurgaon. It is a busy area, especially with the market so close by. You can always hear the sounds of the street from inside the Bechtel India Pvt Ltd office. Our space isn't anything fancy; it’s just a ground-floor spot where we handle our daily business. We’ve been here in Haryana for a good bit of time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. There’s always someone coming in or out, and the tea stall nearby is basically where we spend our breaks. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are a bit cluttered, and we usually have a few fans running to deal with the Gurgaon heat. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our staff live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes most of the time. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays when everything happens at once, but we manage. We don't use big words or have long meetings about nothing. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. It is a local operation through and through, and we like being part of the Chakkarpur community.
