We are located at 154 10A in Gurgaon. This isn't the part of town with all the shiny glass skyscrapers and malls; it’s a bit more down-to-earth here in Sector 10A. We operate under the name Bechtel India Pvt Ltd. Our office is a basic space where we get our work done without much fanfare or noise. There aren't any marble floors or those fancy coffee machines you see in movies. We just have a small pantry and our workstations set up in a row. The area around 10A is pretty busy with local shops and people coming and going. It’s a good spot because you can find almost anything you need within a short walking distance. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy office tour. We’re just here to work. Most days are pretty quiet, punctuated by the sound of the printer or someone on a phone call with a client. We handle things as they come. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There’s no need for big meetings or complicated memos. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It’s a very practical way to run things. Sometimes we get together for a quick snack in the evening before heading out. It feels like a real community here. We don't use any of that corporate talk. We just keep it simple and stay focused.
