Altos Engineers Pvt. Ltd is situated at Plot No. 758 on Gali No.13, right in the Kadipur Industrial Area. If you’ve ever driven down Pataudi Road, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, especially during the shift changes when all the workers are out on the street. Our shop is tucked away in one of those dusty lanes where there’s always someone welding or grinding something nearby. We do a lot of heavy engineering work here, so the floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there's a permanent smell of machine oil in the air. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls; it’s a steel and concrete space where the real work happens. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We spend our days looking at blueprints and making sure the lathes are turning correctly. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of working in Kadipur. It gets hot and loud, but that’s the nature of the business. We don’t have any fancy signs out front, just the plot number and the company name on the gate. We just focus on getting the parts out the door and making sure the dimensions are right so we don't have to redo the work for our local customers.
