We have been working out of Chakkarpur for a while now. It’s a busy area in DLF City Phase I. People usually come to us for technical help with their projects. We are right here in Ambedkar Colony. The shop isn't fancy, but we get the job done. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other days it’s quiet enough to actually focus on the blueprints. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. We deal with various engineering needs that come through the door. It might be local residential work or small commercial setups. Being near Chakkarpur 139 makes it easy for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our work is hands-on or looking at site plans. It’s dusty work sometimes. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Buildings going up everywhere around Ambedkar Colony. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever tasks come our way. If someone needs a part or a design checked, they just drop by. It is a straightforward operation. No big office meetings or anything like that. Just us in the workspace making sure things work the way they are supposed to. We stick to what we know. It is a local business and we like it that way. Not much more to it than that, really.
