Zooncrast Entertainment

Zooncrast Entertainment is based out of Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. We are on the second floor at O 35 in the Pvk Market. It’s a busy little market area and our office is right above the shops. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to sit down and plan out events. We deal with all sorts of entertainment things. Sometimes it’s music, sometimes it’s performers, or just making sure there’s something fun happening at a party. We spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops, coordination is the main part of the job. It can get a bit stressful when a performer cancels or something goes wrong at the last minute, but we’ve gotten used to fixing things on the fly. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us grabbing a tea and looking over a schedule. We’ve been in this part of Gurgaon for a while and we like the vibe of the market. People drop in after doing their shopping to talk about their kids' birthdays or a neighborhood function. We keep things pretty relaxed. We don't try to sell people stuff they don't need. We just listen to what they want and try to find a way to make it happen within their budget. It’s a lot of logistical work, but we find it interesting to see how each event turns out in the end. It's never the same day twice around here.
