You can find us at Unit No-308 on the third floor of the Time Centre. It is over in Sector-54, though the address sometimes lists Sector-45 as well because of how the zones overlap here in Gurgaon. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people moving about. We handle buildcon work, so there is always some talk about materials or schedules happening in the background. The office itself is not very large, but it fits us all and the equipment we need. Sometimes the elevator in Time Centre acts up, so we end up getting a bit of exercise on the stairs. It is just part of the daily routine. We have been around the Haryana area for a bit and know how things work with the local building codes and the weather. When it rains, everything slows down, but we still try to get the planning done from our desks. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and we talk about whatever project is currently on the table. It is a lot of back and forth with the crews on-site. We keep the files in some old metal cabinets and there is always a ledger open somewhere. It is a regular job and we just try to do it right without making too much of a fuss about it.
