Woodward Governor (I) Ltd.

Our office is way up on the 13th floor of Tower A in the Cyber Terraces, part of the DLF Phase III area. It’s a big building, and we’re right in the middle of a lot of other corporate offices. Even though the building is quite modern, we try to keep things pretty simple and down-to-earth inside our own space. We focus a lot on control systems for engines and turbines, so it’s very technical work. Most of our day is spent looking at software or talking to engineers about how to make their machines run better. The view from the 13th floor is nice, but we’re usually too busy with our screens to notice much. We have a small kitchen area where we grab coffee and chat about things that aren't related to work. The atmosphere is quiet and professional, but it’s not stiff or overly formal. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see in some other companies in this park. We just provide the parts and the support that our customers need. Getting into the building involves a bit of security and waiting for the elevators, but once you’re up here, it’s a good place to work. We’ve been in this location for a while and it suits us because it’s close to other tech hubs. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs and trying to get things right.
