You can find Pragati Electrocom over at Plot No 184 in IMT Manesar. This sector is always full of activity since it’s a big industrial hub. We moved here because it made sense for the kind of work we do. The building is pretty standard for this area, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's a different story with all the wires and components we deal with daily. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. It gets loud sometimes when the machines are running, but that’s just part of the environment. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing with fancy coffee machines or anything like that. We just have a small break room and a lot of workspace. The commute to Manesar can be a real pain with the traffic, especially on Monday mornings, but once we're here, we just get down to it. We've seen a lot of other businesses come and go in this sector, but we've managed to stay put. Most of our time is spent making sure the orders are accurate and getting them out the door on time. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone who walks through the door. We’re just a group of people working in a factory setting, trying to do a decent job every day. It’s a lot of manual work and focus, but we’re used to it. We just keep the lights on and keep working.
