We’re located on the 7th floor of the JMD Megapolis building on Sohna Road, specifically in unit 728. Sector-48 is a busy part of town, so the elevators can be a bit of a wait during lunch hour. Narada Energy India Pvt. Ltd. is based here, and while the building looks quite modern and corporate, our office feels a lot more lived-in. We have rows of desks, some whiteboards covered in scribbles, and a lot of talk about batteries and energy storage. It’s not a place for people who like things to be perfectly quiet. There’s usually a bit of a buzz as we coordinate with different sites or talk to suppliers. We aren't big on formal meetings in glass boardrooms. Most of our decisions happen over a cup of tea or while standing around someone’s monitor looking at a spreadsheet. The view from the 7th floor is okay, but we’re usually too busy with the work at hand to notice. We deal with a lot of technical data and logistics, making sure power systems are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff, which can be draining, but we’ve got a good crew here who helps each other out. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just try to get the job done right and make sure our clients aren't left in the dark. It’s a good place to work if you like solving problems.
