We are located at the Shiv Mandir Chowk on Mata Road, inside Bhardwaj Market in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a busy spot, especially with the temple right there. People are always passing by, so we see a lot of different faces every day. We mostly handle mobile repairs and sell accessories like screen guards and cases. The shop isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit a workbench in the back where we do the soldering and screen replacements. It’s a bit messy back there with all the tiny screws and wires, but we know where everything is. We get a lot of people coming in with water-damaged phones or broken charging ports. We try to get the repairs done the same day if we have the parts in stock. If not, we have to send someone to the main market to pick them up. We also do software updates and help people recover their photos when they get locked out of their devices. It’s a noisy market area, so there’s always music or horns honking outside. We just stay focused on the screens we are fixing. We don’t have a big marketing plan; we just hope that if we do a good job, people will tell their friends. It’s just us, working hard in a small corner of Rajiv Nagar to keep everyone’s gadgets working.
