We've been sitting here in Jai Kishan Market for a long time now. If you know the area near Mahatma Gandhi Road 1, you probably passed by us many times. It gets really crowded around here in Sikanderpur, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. We mostly deal with mobile phones and all those small things people need for their devices. Sometimes people come in just because their screen cracked or they can’t get their internet to work right. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy. We have rows of chargers and cases hanging on the walls. I spend a lot of my day just talking to folks who live nearby. My desk is usually covered in tiny screws and parts because someone always has a phone that won't charge. We see a lot of different faces every day. It’s noisy outside with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. We started out with just a few things on the shelf and slowly added more as people asked for them. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local spot where you can get your phone topped up or find a new cable when yours breaks. We try to keep things simple. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we say that too. That’s just how it is here in the market. There is no point in making things complicated when people just want their phones to work.
