Srivastav Communication

You can find Srivastav Communication at number 68 on New Railway Road. It’s a small shop where we handle mobile recharges, some basic phone repairs, and sell things like sim cards and chargers. New Railway Road is a crowded place, so there’s always someone walking in asking for a quick fix or a top-up for their balance. I started this shop because I’ve always liked fiddling with electronics and gadgets. It’s not a big showroom or anything, just a counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who come by to pay their bills or just ask a question about a new phone they got. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at the same time. The light inside isn’t always the best for repair work, but we get the job done. I spend a lot of my time looking at small screens and tiny parts. It’s quiet work in a very loud part of town. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we can’t process the recharges, which is annoying for everyone involved. But mostly, it’s just a steady flow of people throughout the day. We’ve been here for several years now, and the street hasn't changed much, just more shops popping up around us. We keep things pretty simple.
