Suraj Communication

If you ever go to Sushant Vyapar Kendra in Palam Vihar, you’ll find us at unit 89. Suraj Communication is one of those spots where there’s always something happening. It’s a busy shopping center, so we get a lot of people walking in while they’re out doing their other errands. We handle all the usual mobile stuff, like fixing cracked screens or helping someone figure out why their phone is acting slow. We also sell a lot of accessories, the kinds of things people lose all the time like headphones or charging blocks. The shop is small, so we have to use every inch of the walls to display what we have. I spend most of my time behind the counter with a magnifying glass or a screwdriver. It gets noisy with all the shoppers outside, but we’re used to it. We know many of the regulars who work in the other shops nearby. They come in for a quick recharge or just to say hello. We don’t have a big corporate team, it’s just us making sure folks can stay connected. Sometimes the repairs take longer than expected, and we have to explain the technical bits to customers who just want their phones back. It’s a daily grind, but being in Sushant Lok Phase I keeps things interesting because you never know who is going to walk through the door next. We keep the counters clean and the tools ready.
