Hari Om Mobiles

Hari Om Mobiles is located right at Sethi Chowk on Jail Road. It’s a spot that always has something happening, with a lot of people moving through the intersection all day long. Our shop is a simple place where we sell mobile phones and all the bits and pieces that go with them, like covers and headphones. We spend a lot of our time behind the counter, talking to customers and showing them different options. The day usually starts with us opening up the shutters and making sure the glass displays are clean. It’s important because people like to see the phones clearly. Jail Road can get very dusty, so cleaning is a never-ending task for us. We don’t have a big team or a lot of complicated systems. It is just a few of us here making sure things run smoothly. We have been at Sethi Chowk for quite a while, and we’ve seen the market grow and change. Some days are very loud because of the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. We don’t use any marketing talk or try to pressure people into buying things. We just tell them what we know about the devices and let them decide. It’s a small, local business and we like it that way. We just want to be a reliable place for people on Jail Road to come when they need something for their phone.
