Active Communication

Active Communication is situated at 576/7 on Old Income Tax Road in the Jacombpura area. It is a bit of a walk from the main highway, but it’s a good spot for us. We handle a lot of things related to mobile phones and communication. The shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit a lot into the space we have. You will usually see a bunch of chargers, cables, and phone cases hanging on the walls. There is a small counter where we sit and talk to whoever comes in. Usually, people are coming in because they have a problem with their device or they need a new connection. We spend a lot of time looking at small parts and trying to figure out why things aren't working. It requires a lot of patience and steady hands. The street outside, Old Income Tax Road, can get quite noisy with bikes and pedestrians, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for several years and have seen how phones have changed from simple things to the complicated devices they are today. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local shop trying to help people stay connected. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it is quiet just to get some fresh air. It’s a pretty normal life for us here in Jacombpura.
