We are over here at House Number 48 in the Housing Board Colony, right in Sector 15 of Gurgaon. It’s a busy spot and we have been at Vipul Facility Management for a good while now. Most days are spent making sure buildings actually work like they should. You know how it is with plumbing or the electricity cutting out at the worst time. We handle the cleaners, the security guards, and all that maintenance stuff that people usually don't notice until something breaks down. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us on our toes from morning until late. The office is usually a bit of a mess with schedules and keys everywhere. We deal with a lot of different properties around the city. Sometimes it’s a big office block and other times it’s a residential place that needs the elevators looked at or the gardens trimmed. Our team is just local folks who know how to fix things and talk to the tenants. We don't really do the whole corporate speech thing. We just show up and get the job done. Gurgaon can be a tough place with the weather and the traffic, but we manage to get around and keep the facilities running. If there is a leak or a guard doesn't show up, we are the ones who get the call. It’s practical work for real situations that happen every day in these buildings. We just keep at it.
