The shop is tucked away in Palam Vihar at the Vyapar Kendra, specifically at S 61. It is one of those places where you know everyone around because we see the same faces every single morning when the market opens up. It can get pretty loud in the Vyapar Kendra during the weekends, but during the week it is a bit more manageable. I spend a lot of my time behind the glass counter at Vikalp Communications looking at various mobile parts and SIM cards. The shelves are packed with boxes of different accessories, and sometimes I have to move three things just to find the one cable a customer is looking for. The floor is tiled but has some scuffs from all the years of people walking in and out. I usually keep a small radio playing in the corner just to have some background noise while I work on a repair. My neighbor from the shop next door often pops in to complain about the heat or the parking situation outside. Dealing with electronics can be a bit frustrating when the parts don't fit quite right, but that is just how it goes. I try to keep things organized, but by five o'clock, the workbench is usually covered in tools again. It is just a regular local spot for people in the Palam Vihar area to get their phone stuff sorted out without much fuss or any fancy talk.
