The shop is on Samaypur Road in Rajiv Colony, and it’s a small place packed with a lot of stuff. We have glass counters filled with different mobile phone models and all kinds of covers and screen guards. People from around Ballabgarh come in mostly for quick things like a new recharge or to fix a cracked screen. There’s always a soldering iron sitting on the back bench and some tiny screws scattered around from a phone we are taking apart. It’s not a very quiet shop because the road outside is always busy with traffic and people walking by. We have a stool for customers to sit on while they wait, but often they just stand and talk while we work. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks and some shelves for chargers and headphones. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front of the shop, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving. We aren't a big showroom, just a local spot where you can get your phone issues sorted out or buy a simple accessory. We’ve been here in Rajiv Colony for a good bit of time, and we know most of the regular faces who stop in every week to add balance to their phones or just to ask about a new device.
