Tushar Telecom

Tushar Telecom is a local shop right here in Shivaji Park. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in without an appointment. We handle all sorts of phone repairs and we sell things like headphones and chargers. The shop isn't very big but we make use of the wall space for our stock. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work on a phone. The park nearby means we get a lot of foot traffic especially in the evenings when people are out for a walk. Sometimes someone drops their phone while running and they bring it straight to us. We see a lot of broken glass. I keep a small workbench in the back with a magnifying lamp. It's quiet work and it takes patience. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people in Shivaji Park know us by now. We try to be fair with what we charge because we live in this community too. Sometimes we chat with customers about the weather or local news while they wait. It’s just a normal part of the day. The floor is made of old tiles and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise but it keeps us cool. We just do our best with what we have here. We also sell used phones sometimes if someone wants to trade theirs in for a newer model. It’s a steady little business.
