Travel Matrix

Travel Matrix is based out of C-1 A/034 in Carlton State. We are situated in Phase 5 of DLF City in Gurgaon. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though the traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache some days. Our office is where we handle all the travel arrangements and bookings. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computers and stacks of printed itineraries. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know the travel business well. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to people about their trips. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve got maps on the walls, though we mostly use the digital ones now. Carlton State is a familiar landmark for most people around here. We like being in Phase 5 because it feels connected to the rest of the city. There is no big sign out front or anything. You just come to the door and we’re there working. We don't have a specific philosophy we follow. We just try to get the details right so people don't have problems when they’re away from home. It’s about being thorough and checking things twice. It's regular work, but we enjoy helping people figure out where they're going. We stay busy and keep the office running as best as we can.
