We are based in Sector 22, Gurgaon, specifically at 793, which is right near the IDBI bank. It’s a busy corner of the sector and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. Our office is pretty traditional. We have maps on the walls and stacks of travel brochures that have been there for ages. There’s a front desk where we handle most of the walk-ins and a few desks in the back where we deal with the more complicated bookings. It’s not a high-tech setup. We still use a lot of paper and the printer is always running out of ink at the wrong time. Since we are in Gurgaon, we see a lot of people coming in to plan their holidays or sort out work travel. The phone rings a lot with people asking about train timings or bus routes. We try to keep up with everything, but it gets busy during the peak seasons. Sector 22 has a lot of energy and we’ve been part of the community here for quite a while. We aren’t a big travel portal; we are just people who know how to get you from one place to another. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to airlines or hotels. It can be a bit repetitive, but we like helping people figure out their trips and making sure they have their tickets on time.
