You can find us at DLF Cyber City, Phase-II. We’re in Building 10, Tower B, on the 3rd floor. It’s a big complex, and sometimes visitors get a little lost trying to find the right tower because everything looks similar. We go by Toshiba Jsw Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. Being in Cyber City means we’re surrounded by a lot of other businesses, which is interesting to see every morning. Our work revolves around power systems, which is a pretty heavy subject. Even though we’re in a modern building, we try to keep things simple inside our office. We have engineers and office staff who have been with us for a good while. The work involves a lot of planning and looking at technical drawings. It’s not the kind of stuff you can rush. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, and that’s a bigger crisis than some of our technical issues. We aren't really into the whole "corporate culture" thing you see in movies. We’re just people who happen to know a lot about how power plants and systems work. We spend a lot of time on calls or in small groups discussing projects. The view from the 3rd floor is mostly other glass buildings, but it's home for us during the day. We don't put on airs. If you come by, you'll see a lot of people in plain shirts just trying to get through their to-do lists. It’s a lot of paperwork and digital files, honestly. We usually head out before the traffic gets too bad.
