You can find us tucked behind Plot Number 474 in Sector 22. We are quite close to the Huda Market there. It’s not the easiest place to spot if you’re just driving by quickly, but we like it that way. It gives us enough room to do all the prep work. Our kitchen is where most of the action happens. We spend hours dicing vegetables and stirring big pots. It’s a practical setup, nothing like those high-end places you see in the malls. We use big metal containers and heavy-duty stoves because we’re often cooking for a lot of people at once. Sector 22 is a nice area, and being near the market means we can get what we need quickly. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished brand image. It’s just a group of us who know how to handle a kitchen. Sometimes it’s a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big order, with crates and boxes piled up, but we always get it sorted out. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we just focus on the food and making sure it gets where it needs to go. People usually hear about us through word of mouth around Gurgaon. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure everything is ready by the time the event starts. It’s just plain, hard work.
