We are located in Palam Vihar, specifically at Shop No S-142 in the Vyapar Kendra. It’s a big market and we are tucked away in one of the corridors. Our day usually starts with wiping down the glass displays because of all the dust that comes in from the walkway. We deal with mobile repairs, recharges, and we sell a few accessories too. The shop is small, so we have to be very organized with where we keep the spare parts. There’s a small workbench in the back where we do the soldering and screen replacements. It can be quite fiddly work, especially when the light isn't great. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students looking for cheap headphones to older folks who need help with their settings. We’ve been in this same spot for several years now. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we don't really notice it anymore. We don't put on airs or pretend to be some big corporation. It's just a local business where we work hard and hope for the best. Sometimes the shipments for new screen protectors get delayed, which is annoying, but we manage. Most of our customers are from the nearby blocks in Palam Vihar. We like being part of the market community here. It’s a busy life but we’re used to the pace of it. We often share some snacks with the neighboring shopkeepers when it is slow and the heat gets to be too much.
