Star Point Communication

If you are on Old Palam Road in Dundahera, you might notice Star Point Communication at 174. We are right there where the traffic from the main road starts to get heavy. The shop is small, and we spend most of our time behind a glass counter. We deal with all sorts of mobile problems, from cracked screens to batteries that won't hold a charge. We have a lot of different cases and screen protectors hanging on the walls to help keep things organized. It is often noisy because of the horns and the construction work nearby. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices stopping in during their lunch break. They are usually in a hurry, so we have to work fast. We don't have any fancy seating or a coffee machine; it is just a place to get your phone sorted and go. Sometimes we have to tell someone their phone is beyond saving, which is never a fun conversation. We try to keep a good stock of chargers and cables because those are what people lose the most. It is just me and one other guy most days. We share the work and keep an eye on the shop when the other is out grabbing tea. It is a simple setup, and we like the independence of running our own small corner in Dundahera. We don't do much in the way of advertising, just people stopping by when they need help.
