Spice Hotspot

Spice Hotspot is on the ground floor at Palam Vihar, unit 3. We sell mobile phones and all the little things that go with them. The shop has bright lights and glass displays so you can see the phones clearly. We have a few different brands, mostly the popular ones that people ask for. It’s a busy spot because Palam Vihar has a lot of people moving around. We spend a lot of our time helping customers understand how to use their new phones or helping them pick out a sturdy case. We aren't a massive showroom, but we have enough variety. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions or to get a new screen guard put on. We have to be very steady with our hands for that. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, but people bring in dirt from the street all day. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us working the shifts. We talk to the other shopkeepers nearby during breaks. It’s a decent place to work. We get a lot of questions about battery life and camera quality. We just give honest answers based on what we’ve seen. It’s a straightforward business, just selling electronics and helping people stay connected to their families and friends. We just try to keep things organized and helpful for everyone.
