This shop is tucked away in Gali Number 6 over in Sector 5. It’s not on the big main road, so it’s a bit quieter here, which I actually like. I call it Sonu Communication. Mostly, I deal with things like mobile recharges, sim cards, and those small accessories like earphones that people always seem to be breaking. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself in the neighborhood I live in. People from the nearby houses come by to pay their bills or just to see if I have a specific type of data cable. I have a small stool for people to sit on while they wait for their recharge to go through or if they are just chatting. I don't have a huge inventory, just the basics that people around here use every day. Sometimes I help the older folks figure out how to use their new smartphones because they get confused by all the icons. It’s not something I charge for, it’s just being a neighbor. The street outside is narrow, so you get the sound of scooters passing by all the time. I keep my ledger on the desk to track what’s coming in and out. It’s a small, practical business. I don't need much more than my counter and a steady supply of stock to keep things moving. It feels good to be a part of the daily life in Sector 5.
