We’ve been here in Dlf City for a good while now. The shop isn't that big but we keep it packed with all sorts of things people need for their phones. Mostly it's just me and a couple of others trying to figure out why someone’s screen won’t turn on or why the battery is acting up again. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic but once you step inside, it’s just stacks of boxes and cables everywhere. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or get a quick recharge done while they are out running errands. We don't really have a fancy setup with glass tables and bright lights like those big showrooms. It’s more about getting the job done so people can get back to their day. Usually, the morning starts with cleaning the dust off the display cases because it never stops coming in from the road. By afternoon, we are usually deep into some repair job with tiny screws spread out on the desk. You have to be careful not to sneeze or they’ll go flying. We see all kinds of phones, old ones that should have been retired years ago and the new ones that people are still figuring out. It is just a regular life here, really. We know the neighbors and they know where to find us when their charger stops working at the worst possible time. It's just how things go in this part of town.
