SM Communication

We are located at 108/3 on New Railway Road. SM Communication is a place where we handle all kinds of mobile phone and internet-related things for the locals. It’s a very busy street with people always heading towards the railway station. The shop itself isn't very big, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of inventory and equipment inside. We have various gadgets and cables hanging from the walls everywhere. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than two or three people are inside the shop. We spend most of our time repairing old phones or explaining different data plans to the older folks in the neighborhood. It’s a noisy location because of the heavy traffic and the trains passing nearby. We’ve been here for a few years and have become a regular part of the local scene. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. People just see our sign when they walk past on their way to work. Sometimes we have to stay open quite late because someone needs their phone fixed urgently for the next day. It’s a lot of sitting at the bench and working with very small parts. My brother and I run the whole place together. We don't have any formal titles or uniforms; we just do whatever needs to be done each day. The floors are a bit dusty from the road, but it is home.
