You can find us on the second floor of Sahara Mall, right at shop number 207. Being on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, we get a lot of people coming in after they finish their shopping or before they head to the cinema. The mall is always a bit hectic, especially on the weekends, and our shop is no different. We focus on one thing mostly, which is biryani. We keep the big pots going so that when someone walks up, they don't have to wait forever to get a plate. The smell of the rice and spices usually carries down the hallway, which helps people find us since we are tucked away on the second floor. It’s a small spot, so it’s mostly for people who want to eat quickly and move on with their day. We don't have fancy chairs or tablecloths. It’s just a place to sit, eat, and get back to the mall. We are near the Bristol Hotel, so we get some travelers too who are staying nearby and want something familiar to eat. The kitchen stays hot and we are always busy stirring the pots. We don't put much effort into decorations, we just make sure the food is ready. It’s a simple life in the mall, watching people pass by while we serve up plates of rice. We’ve been here for a while and the routine doesn't change much.
