Shri Ram Traders

I’ve been sitting here at Shri Ram Traders on the Sikandarpur Sector 56 Road for years now. It’s a busy spot with cars constantly moving past the front door. We started this place because it seemed like a good area to set up shop for trading. Mostly we deal with basic supplies that people around here need for their houses or small projects. The morning starts early, usually around eight when the dust is still settling on the road. We spend a lot of time moving crates and checking what came in the night before. Sometimes the inventory is a mess and we have to spend hours just sorting through boxes. It is not a fancy setup with air conditioning or nice chairs, but it gets the job done for us and the people who stop by. We know most of the guys who drive the delivery trucks by their first names. If you walk inside, you’ll probably see piles of stuff waiting to be moved or picked up. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we never find the time to stop working long enough to do it. We just focus on getting the right items to whoever is asking for them that day. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building, so we usually sit near the back where it is a bit cooler. It’s just how things go here day after day.
