Shri Ram Tent & Light House

Shri Ram Tent & Light House is located in Rajendra Park at number 249. We handle the stuff people need for events like weddings or local festivals. That means we have a lot of heavy tents, poles, and miles of wiring for lights. Our yard is usually full of folded up fabric and metal frames. It is a lot of physical work. We spend most of our time out at different sites setting things up or tearing them down in the middle of the night. It isn’t a glamorous job. You get dirty and tired and you have to work even when it is raining. We have been doing this for a long time in the Rajendra Park area. People know they can come to us when they have a function. We don't have a fancy office just a place to store the gear and talk to people about what they need. Sometimes we have to fix the lights or sew up a tear in a tent. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and driving the truck. It gets very busy during the wedding season and we hardly get any sleep. But during the off season it is much quieter. We just maintain the equipment and wait for the next booking. It’s a straightforward business built on hard work and being available when people call us.
