Showtime Events

Showtime Events is based in Gurgaon and we have been around this area for quite some time now. Our work is mostly about putting events together, whether it is a small family gathering or something for a local business. We don't have a massive team or a fancy office building, just a workspace where we keep our gear and handle the phone calls. Most days involve us driving around Gurgaon to check on venues or talking to vendors who provide the tents and the sound systems. It is a lot of logistics and manual work that people don't always see. We spend a lot of time untangling cables and making sure the chairs are lined up right. It isn't a glamorous job and things can get pretty messy when a deadline is coming up. We try to stay organized but sometimes plans change at the last minute and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't really have a polished way of talking about what we do. We just make sure the lights turn on and the music plays when it is supposed to. If someone needs a hand getting a party or a meeting sorted, we are usually the ones they call. We just take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as possible to the people who hire us. It's a busy life here in the city, and we just do our part to keep things moving.
