You can find us at Jmd Regent Plaza on MG Road. We’re up on the fourth floor in unit 02A. Catering is a tough business, but we’ve been at it for a while. It’s mostly about early mornings and very late nights. We spend most of our time in kitchens or loading vans. The office at MG Road is where we handle all the bookings and the boring paperwork that comes with running a food business. It’s a bit of a relief to sit in the air conditioning for a few hours after being near ovens all day. We deal with all sorts of requests, from small family lunches to bigger gatherings. We don't really have a signature style or anything, we just cook what people ask for. Sometimes the menus are simple, other times they are a bit more complicated. We try to be honest about what we can do. If a kitchen is too small for a certain dish, we say so. The MG Road traffic is pretty bad most days, so getting deliveries out on time is always a bit of a scramble. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It’s a lot of hard work and being on your feet. We don’t use fancy titles much. Everyone just helps out where they’re needed. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like seeing people enjoy the food.
