We've been here on Gurudwara Road for a while now. The shop at 531/16 is where we handle the phones and other stuff. Most people around Gurgaon Village know the spot near the gurudwara. It gets busy during the day, especially with people coming in for screen issues or just to see what's new. We spend a lot of time behind the counter. Sometimes parts take a bit to arrive, but that's just how it goes. The street gets crowded with bikes, so parking is always a bit of a gamble. We usually have the radio playing in the back while we work on things. It’s not a huge place, just a regular shop where we try to get things sorted for the locals. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the faces. When the power goes out, we just sit out front for a bit until it's back. We keep it simple. There’s a lot of tea drinking happening throughout the afternoon between customers. We don't have fancy displays, just the shelves and the workspace. It stays pretty dusty with all the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping things down. If you walk past the big gate, you'll see us. We’re usually here until late evening. It's just a regular day-to-day business. We don't bother with uniforms or anything corporate. It’s just us, working in the village and keeping things running as best as we can every day.
