Sameer Communication

You can find Sameer Communication over in Balbir Market, which is part of Pace City New Gurgaon in the DLF III area. It’s a busy little market and we fit right in there. We mainly handle things like phone repairs, recharges, and small electronics. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to be careful with where we put everything. There are usually a few phones lying on the workbench waiting to be looked at. People from DLF III come to us when their screens break or they need a new SIM card. Balbir Market is always full of energy, and we have a lot of regular customers who stop by for a chat while they wait for their phones. Sameer Communication has been in this spot for a good while. We have some posters on the walls for different mobile plans, but they are a bit old now. We don't use any fancy tech to manage the shop, just a simple notebook and our tools. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze from the market. Working in Pace City means there’s always something going on outside. We just focus on fixing the devices and helping the people who walk through the door. It’s a basic setup, but it gets the job done for the folks around here. We try to be as quick as we can with the soldering and screen swaps.
