Samar Telecom

Samar Telecom is located over in Palam Vihar, specifically at P V K Palam Vihar B 66. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for quite a while. Our shop is where people bring their phones when they’ve dropped them or when the battery just won't hold a charge anymore. We have a small workbench in the back where all the actual work happens, and the front is just a counter with some chairs. It’s usually a bit messy with parts and boxes, but that’s because we are always in the middle of a job. Palam Vihar is a busy place, and there’s always someone coming in for a new SIM card or to pay a bill. We try to keep things relaxed. You won't find us wearing suits or using corporate talk. We just tell you what’s wrong with your phone and how much it will cost to fix it. Sometimes we can do it while you wait, and other times you have to leave it with us for a day. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match if one is playing. It gives people something to look at while we work. We know most of the people on this block. It’s a good feeling when someone comes back just to say thanks. We just keep doing what we do.
