Saini Hello Point

Saini Hello Point is a small shop located on Jharsa Road in the Prempuri area, near Sector 32. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’re basically a local spot for anything to do with mobile phones. We handle things like recharges, new SIM cards, and small repairs. The shop is quite modest. There's a main counter where we keep all the small items like earphones and memory cards. Behind that, we have some shelves for phone boxes and batteries. It’s a simple setup. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. They stop by on their way to the market or while walking home. We spend a lot of time just talking to customers about which recharge plan is better for them. It’s not a high-pressure environment. If someone just wants to ask a question about their phone settings, we help them out. The walls have some old posters on them and the floor is a bit worn from all the foot traffic. We don't have a fancy computer system for everything; we still use a lot of handwritten notes for our daily accounts. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the door wide open to catch a breeze from Jharsa Road. We aren't a big corporation, just a local business trying to help the people in Prempuri stay connected with their friends and family. It’s what we do every day without much fuss.
