Sai Communication

Sai Communication is located on Maruti Road, right near Gate No 2, at Shop No 3. It’s a very busy spot because of the factory traffic. We see a lot of people coming in and out during shift changes. We mostly do mobile recharges, sell SIM cards, and have a small selection of basic phones and accessories. The shop is quite small, and we have to keep the door open most of the time because it gets hot inside. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we’re constantly cleaning the glass counters. We also help people with simple repairs like changing a charging port or a broken screen. It’s a lot of work and sometimes we don’t even have time to eat lunch until late in the afternoon. We’ve got a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news or some cricket if a match is on. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to provide what the people in this area need for their phones. Sometimes we run out of change, so we have to go to the next shop to swap some notes. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been at this Gate No 2 location for several years and we know the faces of the workers who pass by every day. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our feet and keeps the shop running through the busy season.
