Our base is at B-11 on the ground floor of Southend Floors, right on Sohna Road. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, and we are usually surrounded by stacks of decorations and catering crates. This isn't a fancy office with a receptionist; it’s more of a workspace where we get things ready for the next event. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our inventory of linens and lights. Sohna Road traffic can be a real headache when we're trying to get our trucks out on time. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, and we just know how to get the job done without much fuss. We don't use those big words or have a list of corporate values. We just know that when a party is happening, the food needs to be there and the place needs to look decent. Sometimes we’re up late packing things away, and other times we’re out early to start a setup. The ground floor spot makes it easy to load and unload, which is good because some of those decorations are pretty heavy. We’ve handled all sorts of stuff, from small gatherings to bigger setups around the neighborhood. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of small details, but it’s what we do here at Southend Floors. We just stay busy and keep the trucks moving.
