RPG Cellcom is tucked away in Palam Vihar. I set this place up because I liked working with electronics and it seemed like a good spot. We do a lot of mobile repairs here, mostly replacing screens that people dropped or fixing charging ports that got full of lint. The shop isn't huge but we make the most of the space we have. I have a small workbench in the back where I keep my tools and a magnifying lamp for the tiny screws. Palam Vihar is a busy place, so there is always someone coming in with a phone that won't turn on or needing a new SIM card. We keep a variety of cases on the wall, though some of the older models are getting harder to find now. I try to stay open until late because that is when people are coming home from work and realize they need something for their phone. It gets a bit dusty in here with the door open all day, so I spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets a bit more hectic. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop where people can walk in and talk to us face to face. It is a basic business but it keeps us busy and we get to meet a lot of different people from the area. We just take it one day at a time.
