Royal Caterers & Tent House

Our office is tucked away at L-10 in Qutab Plaza, which is part of DLF Phase 1 in Gurgaon. Being in a plaza means there is always a lot of activity around us. We spend our time between the office where we talk to customers and the storage areas where we keep all our tent materials and catering equipment. There are stacks of chairs, folded tents, and plenty of kitchen gear that we have to keep track of. It is a bit of a juggle to manage everything, especially when we have several events happening on the same weekend. We don't have a polished showroom; it is more of a practical space where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure the tents are put up correctly. The crew is usually busy loading up the vans in the parking area, which can be a bit of a squeeze in a busy place like Qutab Plaza. We have been working in this area for a good while, so we know the local roads and the venues around here pretty well. It is a lot of hard work and late nights, but that is the nature of the tent and catering business. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we have enough supplies for everyone.
